Most of the brands I work with aren't in obvious crisis. Their emails are sending, their flows are running, their list is growing. But something is off: open rates are slipping, campaigns aren't pulling in revenue like they used to, or they're about to run a big promotion and they're not confident their emails will actually reach anyone.

That's where I come in.

I specialize in email deliverability and inbox health. I diagnose what's broken, fix it, and make sure your email program is built to perform long-term.

I work primarily with ecommerce brands on Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Over the past five years I've worked inside ecommerce email programs — building flows, managing campaigns, and solving the deliverability issues that quietly undermine performance.

I know these systems inside and out.

Fun fact: I might be the only cartographer turned email consultant you'll ever meet. I spent over a decade in GIS and geospatial technology before pivoting into email marketing, which means I'm slightly obsessed with data, patterns, and finding the thing that's quietly causing the problem everyone else missed.

That instinct turns out to be pretty useful in deliverability work.

When I'm not digging into someone's email program, I'm usually digging in my garden…or digging through record crates. I have a soft spot for California native plants, and an ever-growing vinyl collection.
